Personal information:

All information you give us will be handled with the outmost discretion. The information is only used for shipmentpurposes. We do everything in our power to protect your personal data, and we guarantee that no information you provide us with will be sold or used by any third party.

Information we are provided with will be saved during the period of the guarantee.

Lead time:
The lead time is approximately 3-7 working days, as long as the goods are in stock. And goods are sent on the first coming working day after we have received payment. In case of the item is not in stock you will be contacted and no money will be transfered without your conscent.

Delivery and cost:
We usually ship via UPS or for larger shelters we use other carriers who are geared to handle large shipments.
We deliver to your door. If no one is home we can arrange for the carriers to leave the shelter at your doorstep (this is not advised as you will not have a receipt in case of missing parts or damage.) Alternatively the carriers can leave a note for you to ring, and agree upon an alternative delivery date.

Deliveries at your doorstep without a receipt will be at your own risk.

Payment methods:

Cash On Delivery: You pay the carrier when he delivers your shelter.

Wire Transfer: You pay via home banking or via your bank into our account. We ship the shelter to you as soon as we see payment. An invoice will be sent to you.

Credit Card: You can pay via Credit card over the phone or through our web shop. The line through the web shop is a secure line.

Receipt:
The receipt is the last step in the buying process, and we recommend that you print this after the purchase. You will receive an invoice via normal post after the order is executed. The invoice is your evidence in case of complaints. As an added security we will send you a receipt on the order via email to the supplied email address
